Baked Flounder Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Flounder Filets
- 1 Tb Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbs Butter, plus some for pan
- 1 Tbs Flour
- Dash Salt
- Dash Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Seasoned Fish Fry
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter baking pan.
- Place flounder in baking pan.
- Drizzle lemon juice on flounder.
- Sprinkle paprika over fish.
- Melt butter in a small pot over low heat.
- Stir flour into butter.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook mixture for a minute.
- Stir in milk until fairly smooth.
- Spread gravy over fish.
- Top flounder with fish fry breader.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F.
Notes
- Use seasoned breadcrumbs instead of seasoned fish fry.
