Blueberry Syrup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbs Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 4 Cups Blueberries

Steps

  1. Combine sugar & cornstarch in a pot.
  2. Stir water until dissolved.
  3. Add blueberries.
  4. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  5. Cool until thickened (2 minutes), stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Cool covered.
