Blueberry Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbs Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 Cups Blueberries
Steps
- Combine sugar & cornstarch in a pot.
- Stir water until dissolved.
- Add blueberries.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Cool until thickened (2 minutes), stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool covered.
