French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Pound Beef Brisket, not corned beef
  • 1 Pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 10 1/2 Fl. Oz. Condensed Beef Broth
  • 8 mini Baguettes

Steps

  1. Place beef in 4 quart slow cooker.
  2. Mix dry soup and broth.
  3. Pour soup mixture over beef.
  4. Cook on low 8-10 hours, covered.
  5. Skim and discard fat.
  6. Remove beef.
  7. Cut beef into slices across grain.
  8. Pour broth into dipping bowl.
  9. Serve on baguettes.
