French Dip Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Pound Beef Brisket, not corned beef
- 1 Pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 10 1/2 Fl. Oz. Condensed Beef Broth
- 8 mini Baguettes
Steps
- Place beef in 4 quart slow cooker.
- Mix dry soup and broth.
- Pour soup mixture over beef.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours, covered.
- Skim and discard fat.
- Remove beef.
- Cut beef into slices across grain.
- Pour broth into dipping bowl.
- Serve on baguettes.
