Italian Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Italian Sausage
- 3 Medium Onions, chopped
- 2 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
- 6 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 29 Oz. Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 29 Oz. Tomato Sauce
- 12 Oz. Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbs Basil
- 1 Tbs Oregano
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Steps
- Brown sausage with onions, mushrooms, and garlic in a skillet.
- Drain sausage mixture.
- Put all ingredients in 5 quart slow cooker.
- Cook on low 8-9 hours, covered.
- Serve over Spaghetti.
Notes
- Freeze the leftovers.
