Italian Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Italian Sausage
  • 3 Medium Onions, chopped
  • 2 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 29 Oz. Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 29 Oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 12 Oz. Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbs Basil
  • 1 Tbs Oregano
  • 1 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Steps

  1. Brown sausage with onions, mushrooms, and garlic in a skillet.
  2. Drain sausage mixture.
  3. Put all ingredients in 5 quart slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low 8-9 hours, covered.
  5. Serve over Spaghetti.

Notes

  • Freeze the leftovers.
