Brown Sugar Pound Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter, softened
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 3 Cups AP Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Maple Extract
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease & flour 10″ tube pan.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat eggs in, one at a time.
- Mix extracts into mixture.
- Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients and milk to wet mixture, alternating
- Pour mixture into 10″ tube pan.
- Bake for 75 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
