Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 1 (16 Oz.) Container Peanut Butter
- 1 (16 Oz.) Package Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 (12 Oz.) Package Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Steps
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, and butter with a mixer.
- Roll into 1″ sized balls.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Place waxed paper on another baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Roll each ball in the chocolate.
- Place on waxed paper.
- Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Store in the refrigerator.
