1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs Cornstarch
1 Cup Water
4 Cups Blueberries

Steps

Combine sugar &#38; cornstarch in a pot.
Stir water until dissolved.
Add blueberries.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cool until thickened (2 minutes), stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Cool covered.

1 Cup Mashed Potatoes, cold
2 Eggs, beaten
3 Cups Flour, sifted
2 Tbs Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Milk

Steps

Whip sugar, butter, mashed potatoes and eggs until creamy.
Soft together flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cocoa.
Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the potato mixture.
