No-Bake Baked Ziti

I learned how to make this in college. It’s very simple! A full meal for four with a bag salad and some garlic bread.

2 Lbs Sausage, lean
1 1/2 Cups Celery, diced
3/4 Cup Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
2 Pkg. Dried Chicken Noodle Soup

Baked Turkey Breast Recipe

This is perfect if you’re doing it up small this year. You can easily double this recipe. Approximate cooking time is 2 1/2 hours, but always check with a meat thermometer.

1 Tb Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tbs Butter, plus some for pan
1 Tbs Flour
Dash Salt

Quick and Easy Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

Pork Chops
Tony’s Cajun Seasoning

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a baking pan.
Sprinkle the seasoning on the bottom side of the pork chops.
Put the chops in the pan.
Sprinkle more seasoning on the tops.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

Do Not use too much seasoning, or you’ll have a salt overload.
This works for chicken too!

Easy Baked Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients

4 (4 Oz.) Tilapia Fillets
2 Tsp Butter
1/4 Tsp Seafood Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Lemon, sliced

Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease 13×9 pan.
Place tilapia in pan.
Drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle seasoning and garlic salt over fish.
Place a lemon slice on top of each fish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until fish is flaky.

French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

3 Pound Beef Brisket, not corned beef
1 Pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
10 1/2 Fl. Oz. Condensed Beef Broth
8 mini Baguettes

Steps

Place beef in 4 quart slow cooker.
Mix dry soup and broth.
Pour soup mixture over beef.
Cook on low 8-10 hours, covered.
Skim and discard fat.
Remove beef.
Cut beef into slices across grain.
Pour broth into dipping bowl.
Serve on baguettes.

Pizza Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

16 Oz. Process Cheese Spread Loaf, cubed
8 Oz. Mozzarella, shredded
28 Oz. Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine or Beef Broth
1 Loaf Italian Bread, cut into 1″ cubes

Steps

Spray inside of 2 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Stir cheeses, sauce, and wine in slow cooker.
Cook on high 45-60 minutes, covered.
Turn heat to low.
