<li>Marinate the chicken in the 1/4 cup of soy sauce for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Preheat oven to 350°F.</li>
<li>Spray a 8&#215;8 baking dish with a non-stick spray.</li>
<li>Mix flour, salt, pepper and sesame seeds in a small dish.</li>
<li>Coat the chicken in the flour mixture one piece at a time.</li>
<li>Place the chicken in dish about 1&#8243; apart.</li>
<li>Drizzle the other 1/4 cup of soy sauce over the breaded chicken.</li>
<li>Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the thickest piece is cooked thoroughly.</li>

<li>Use low sodium so you have more control over salt content.</li>
<li>Make sure to wash your hands after handling the chicken.</li>
<li>To simplify the breading process, use one hand for wet and the other for dry.</li>

<li>Mix macaroni and cheese sauce.</li>
<li>Pour mixture evenly into the 2 cake pans.</li>
<li>Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, until slightly golden.</li>
<li>Cool Completely.</li>
<li>Fry bacon until crisp in a pan.</li>
<li>Flip one cake pan&#8217;s macaroni onto a cake dish.</li>
<li>Layer bacon on top.</li>
<li>Place second cake&#8217;s macaroni on top of the bacon.</li>
<li>Decorate with crumbles.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Notes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Do NOT completely cook macaroni when boiling, it will finish in the oven.</li>
<li>If you don&#8217;t have half &amp; half, then use all milk.</li>
<li>In the photo, I used half macaroni and half rontini.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 Small Onion</li>

<li>2 Tbs Butter</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Steps</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 400°F.</li>
<li>Chop onion in a small food processor.</li>
<li>Add lemon juice, sage, parsley, olive oil, and salt to food processor.</li>
<li>Continue in food processor until you have a paste.</li>
<li>Butter the turkey breast.</li>
<li>Make a pocket between the breast and the skin.</li>
<li>Put paste into that pocket.</li>
<li>Bake in oven.</li>
<li>Baste every 20-25 minutes.</li>
<li>Continue to bake until thermometer reaches 170°F when inserted into the meatiest, thickest part.</li>
<li>Cool for 20 minutes before slicing.</li>
</ol>

Pork Chops
Tony&#8217;s Cajun Seasoning

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a baking pan.
Sprinkle the seasoning on the bottom side of the pork chops.
Put the chops in the pan.
Sprinkle more seasoning on the tops.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

Do Not use too much seasoning, or you&#8217;ll have a salt overload.
This works for chicken too!

Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place tilapia in pan.
Drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle seasoning and garlic salt over fish.
Place a lemon slice on top of each fish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until fish is flaky.

10 1/2 Fl. Oz. Condensed Beef Broth
8 mini Baguettes

Steps

Place beef in 4 quart slow cooker.
Mix dry soup and broth.
Pour soup mixture over beef.
Cook on low 8-10 hours, covered.
Skim and discard fat.
Remove beef.
Cut beef into slices across grain.
Pour broth into dipping bowl.
Serve on baguettes.
