French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

3 Pound Beef Brisket, not corned beef
1 Pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
10 1/2 Fl. Oz. Condensed Beef Broth
8 mini Baguettes

Steps

Place beef in 4 quart slow cooker.
Mix dry soup and broth.
Pour soup mixture over beef.
Cook on low 8-10 hours, covered.
Skim and discard fat.
Remove beef.
Cut beef into slices across grain.
Pour broth into dipping bowl.
Serve on baguettes.
