3/4 Cup Egg Whites (about 6 eggs)
1/2 Cup Water, cold
1 1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Orange Extract
1/2 Tsp Almond Extract
1 1/2 Cups Cake Flour, sifted
1/4 Tsp  Salt
3/4 Tsp Cream of Tartar
