Sesame Seed Chicken
This is a wonderfully simple asian inspired recipe. It goes well with yellow rice and some green beans. Make an asian salad with some chow mein noodles or almond slivers.

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce, low sodium
1/2 Cup Flour
Dash of Salt
