Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

4 Oz. Semisweet Chocolate
2 Tbs Unsalted Butter, room temp
3 Eggs, separated
1/2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
5 Tbs Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe

Ingredients

9″ Pastry Pie Shell, baked
1/3 Cup Cornstarch
1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Water
3 Eggs, separated
2 Tbs Butter

Tempering Eggs
